Gutter repair for leaks, sags and split seams

The Rain Gutter Specialists repair leaking, sagging and clogged gutters on homes and businesses across Los Angeles. The crew cleans, seals and re-secures the system, and tells you straight when an old sectional gutter has had enough and replacement makes more sense.

Signs your gutters need a repair

  • Water dripping from the joints between sections, or from the corners
  • Water spilling over the front edge during rain
  • A run that sags or has pulled away from the fascia
  • Little or no water coming out of a downspout
  • Peeling paint, stains or mold on the wall below the gutter

If you're not sure, a photo taken from the ground during the next rain is surprisingly useful. Send it with your estimate request.

Repair or replace?

Sectional gutters are joined every 10 feet, and those joints are where leaks start. Patching one joint often just moves the problem to the next. If the gutters are seamless and in good shape, a repair is usually enough. If they're old sectional gutters leaking at several seams, replacing them with seamless gutters usually costs less over time.

Why a small leak is worth fixing now

A drip at a seam looks harmless. Over a few winters it soaks the fascia, stains the stucco and can find its way into wall studs and the foundation. Fixing it is a short visit. Fixing what it causes is not.

Gutter repair questions

Can you repair gutters you didn't install?

Yes. The Rain Gutter Specialists repair existing gutters on homes and commercial buildings in Los Angeles, whoever installed them, and will say so if a system is beyond repair.

How do I know if my gutters are clogged?

Signs of a clog include water spilling over the front edge of the gutter, sagging sections, and little or no water coming out of the downspouts during rain.

How is the price worked out?

The Rain Gutter Specialists price each job from a free on-site measurement: the total length of the runs, the material, the profile and size, the number of corners and downspouts, and any removal. The price is given in writing before any work starts, and the price quoted is the price you pay.
